One private link for your team, club, crew, or workplace. Everyone picks and pays for their own apparel, and Sound & Steel will review every detail with you before anything goes live. There is a one-time $30 setup fee: once we approve your application, we invoice it, and when it is paid we set up your apparel and send your order link.

How will people get their apparel?

Ships to each personEveryone orders their own and pays shipping at checkout: $8 per order plus $1 per item, anywhere in the U.S. (one shirt ships for $9; USPS Ground Advantage, 2–5 business days).One bulk delivery to youWe print each order as it comes in and hold it, then deliver your group’s orders to one address at close for you to hand out. Anyone in your group can choose to pick theirs up in Chimacum by appointment instead. Bulk delivery — your whole order to one address: flat $24.95 (up to 12 shirts) · flat $44.95 (13–24 shirts); 25 or more is quoted with your estimate. Hoodies and sweatshirts count as 3 shirts each. The organizer pays the bulk delivery charge.Local pickup in ChimacumWe print as orders come in and hold the finished apparel for collection from Sound & Steel at close. No shipping charge.

No organizer payout

Each person chooses and pays for their own apparel at Sound & Steel's price. A Team / Group Order has no fundraising goal and no proceeds to pay out.

Campaign guidelines

Community comes with responsibility.

Sound & Steel proudly supports grassroots organizations, local teams, schools, and community endeavors. We reserve the right to review, decline, pause, suspend, or remove any application or campaign.

We do not support or print for hate or extremist groups, or any campaign, organization, message, or artwork that targets people or communities with hatred, harassment, threats, violence, or content known or reasonably likely to cause harm.

Your group is responsible for determining and completing any registration, tax, accounting, and reporting obligations that apply. Requirements vary by organization and activity. Review the Washington Secretary of State’s charity guidance and consult a qualified adviser when needed. Sound & Steel does not provide legal or tax advice.

Before your campaign starts

$30.00 one-time setup fee

Covers campaign setup and placement of supplied artwork, plus one round of minor cleanup. Original design work and redraws are quoted separately at standard design rates.

It is paid once, up front, by whatever method suits you — card, invoice, Venmo, Zelle, cash or check. It is not refundable.

Send me a spreadsheet of campaign sales along with my closeout statement. Tell us now if you want one — we set this up before the campaign goes live, and it cannot be added afterward.I have read and agree to the Campaign Terms (Version 2) on behalf of the organization or group named here.I am authorized by the organization named here to use its name, logos, crests and insignia — including any command, unit or ship insignia — on these goods, and I submit them with its approval.I confirm that I own or have permission to use every name, logo, image, slogan, and other element submitted.
