Sound & SteelCommunity Campaigns

Fundraiser application

Tell us who you’re helping.

Share the purpose behind your campaign. Every item sold raises money for your group, and Sound & Steel will review every detail with you before anything goes live. There is a one-time $30 setup fee: once we approve your application, we invoice it, and when it is paid we set up your apparel and send your campaign link. It is never taken out of what you raise.

02

Choose garment quality

Actual supplier products and pricing are confirmed by Sound & Steel during production review.

Your Sound & Steel charge is finalized with the estimate. Exact sizes and colors appear by garment. No upcharges for extended sizes — 2XL and up cost the same as every other size. Supporter prices are before sales tax. Washington sales tax is added at checkout; it does not change your proceeds.

03

Choose garment styles

Select every style you want reviewed. Long-sleeve placements only appear for compatible garments.

04

Add artwork drops

Use a separate artwork drop for each logo, crest, illustration, or design. PNG, JPG, WEBP, SVG, PDF, AI, or EPS; up to 15 MB per file.

No artwork added yet.
05

Add optional custom text

Add each name, slogan, or sleeve line separately. Final artwork and placement are subject to production review.

06

Review selections

We will confirm feasibility, exact garment products, pricing, and final placement before production.

Payout and campaign agreement

Clear expectations before your application enters review.

Payout method

Your choice: bank transfer, Zelle, Venmo or check

Eligible organizer proceeds are reconciled after the campaign closes and paid by the method you choose. Before launch, we’ll confirm the method, the payee and the amount from each item in writing. Orders keep counting for 7 days after your close date, so late supporters are not left out. Your payout is sent within 7 days after that, with a complete sales and payout statement on your dashboard and as a PDF.

Your proceeds are reported and paid separately from the setup fee; the fee is never taken out of what you raise. Automatic split payouts are not available in the current launch.

Campaign guidelines

Community comes with responsibility.

Sound & Steel proudly supports grassroots organizations, local teams, schools, and community endeavors. We reserve the right to review, decline, pause, suspend, or remove any application or campaign.

We do not support or print for hate or extremist groups, or any campaign, organization, message, or artwork that targets people or communities with hatred, harassment, threats, violence, or content known or reasonably likely to cause harm.

Your group is responsible for determining and completing any registration, tax, accounting, and reporting obligations that apply. Requirements vary by organization and activity. Review the Washington Secretary of State’s charity guidance and consult a qualified adviser when needed. Sound & Steel does not provide legal or tax advice.

Before your campaign starts

$30.00 one-time setup fee

Covers campaign setup and placement of supplied artwork, plus one round of minor cleanup. Original design work and redraws are quoted separately at standard design rates.

It is paid once, up front, by whatever method suits you — card, invoice, Venmo, Zelle, cash or check. It is not refundable and it is not taken out of your proceeds.

Human verification

This stops automated applications before they enter the review queue.
